Rental Conditions:
Booking Confirmation:
- To confirm a reservation at Dimitra’s Apartments, guests are required to provide valid identification and payment details.
- A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
Payment:
- Full payment for the stay is typically due upon arrival at Dimitra’s Apartments.
- Payment can be made in cash or by credit/debit card, subject to acceptance by the property.
Minimum Stay:
- A minimum stay apply for your stay at Dimitra’s Apartments and it is 2 nights. Please check the specific requirements at the time of booking.
Pets:
- Pets are allowed at Dimitra’s Apartments and it’s free of charge.
- Guests are required to inform the property in advance if they plan to bring pets.
Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in is available from 09:00 to 14:00 & 16:30 to 00:00 local time. Guests arriving outside of these hours must notify the property in advance to arrange alternative check-in arrangements.
- Check-out is available from 08:00 to 12:00 local time. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Cancellations:
- Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days and up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the total stay.
- In the event of a no-show or cancellation made less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, the full cost of the reservation will be charged.
Smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas only.
Damage and Liability:
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay.
- Dimitra’s Apartments reserves the right to charge guests for any damages incurred.
